MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a nurturing home within the community that provides meaningful engagement, lasting relationships and enrichment to the lives of those who live, work, and serve at Sunset Retirement Communities.
Sunset Retirement Communities faithfully abides by a philosophy that puts our residents at the heart of all we do. To that end, each resident of Sunset Retirement Communities shall have the right to expect:

- high quality care and service to meet emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs;

- financial assistance, within the organization's ability, if resident funds become exhausted;

- work toward meeting and exceeding care standards to maximize resident's quality of life;

- establish systems to implement the highest standards of financial integrity;
- secure and retain responsible and dedicated employees;
- operate as a bona fide voluntary not-for-profit corporation with an IRS 501C3 exemption;
- provide needed services to maintain continuity of resident care.
